Chad Burtch is a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Key West and the Lower Florida Keys. Since 2009 he has called Key West home and has been a realtor for over 10 years, representing buyers, sellers and investors in the Florida Keys. Chad knows the reasons folks come from all over the world to experience all they have to offer. The Keys are one of the most unique destinations on the planet and why we live here. Chad works with locals and visitors (soon to be locals/part time locals) alike. He has been a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and the Key West Association of Realtors since 2012.
